Dossard 51 Artisan Coffee has been created using the finest premium quality fair trade coffee beans resulting in a perfect blend of winning notes. Inspired by the Lucky Dossard 51 as worn by Tour De France winners Eddy Merckx in 1969, Luis Ocana in 1973, Bernard Thevenet in 1975 and Bernard Hinault in 1978,
This Team Leader blend is lovingly hand roasted weekly in small batches to ensure freshness, and has been ground for cafetiere use. Supplied in a 250G pouch.

50% Sumatra Blue Toba Lingtong grade 1:
Grown around 1300 to 1400 metres above sea level, in northern Sumatra in the region of Simaluggun, overlooking lake Toba. This coffee consists of Typica, Catimor and Rasuna, and is semi-washed and wet hulled, a process that involves the part-drying of freshly pulped beans before removing the parchment, known as Giling Basah.
50% Brazil Fazenda Lages:
Fazenda Lages is a specially selected part of the larger Fazenda Londrina. The Lages plot was created for its quality and unique setting within the farm which displays itself in the cup. It is a Natural and Rubi varietal.
